National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) – a leading public-sector insurance company owned by the Government of Pakistan – is hiring Chief Medical Officers (CMOs) for its Karachi (Head Office) and Islamabad (Zonal Office) on a 3-year retainership basis.
📌 Position Details
- Number of Posts: 2 (Karachi & Islamabad)
- Age Limit: 35-45 years
- Qualification: MBBS Degree (HEC verified) + FCPS preferred
- Experience: 5+ years (including house job in general medicine). 3+ years in tertiary healthcare is a plus.
- Gender: Male / Female (Females encouraged!)
- Contract: 3 years (Retainership, not permanent employment)
⚕️ Job Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care to NICL employees.
- Examine & refer employees to specialists/hospitals.
- Scrutinize & endorse medical bills for approval.
- Conduct medical check-ups for new hires.
- Manage employee medical facilities & control expenses.
- Telephonic availability for emergencies after office hours.
- 🕒 Work Hours: 5 hours/day (9 AM–5 PM, Mon–Fri)
